Operating a food cart, mobile food vehicle, or any other food service establishment in unincorporated Spalding County requires a permit from the Spalding County board of health before serving the public. Sec. 9-4002 makes selling without one a magistrate court offense, and the same permit rule covers nonprofit food sales at community events.
