Park Curfew

St. Clair County's Silver Creek Preserve stays open all year, seven days a week, from dawn to dusk under Park Regulations Section 27-2-1(A). Foley Park runs on a seasonal daytime schedule instead, from as early as 7 a.m. to as late as 8 p.m. depending on the month, under Section 27-1-3(A), and both parks answer to the same general penalty for violations.
