Food Truck Permits

Operating a food truck in unincorporated St. Clair County takes an annual permit from the St. Clair County Health Department under the county's Retail Food Establishment Sanitation Code. Fully plumbed units are inspected at least twice a year; units without installed plumbing can work registered events only. A signed commissary agreement is required for any truck lacking a full kitchen.
