Bar & Nightclub Noise

In unincorporated Worcester County, Maryland, a licensed dry nightclub must be completely enclosed and sound-proofed so that undue, loud or disturbing sounds are not emitted off of the premises. Outside speakers and performance barkers are prohibited, and nothing but parking, ingress and egress is allowed outside the building. Violations are misdemeanors.
