Rodent Control
In unincorporated Worcester County, Maryland, the Rental Housing Code requires rental premises to be free from infestation of insects, rodents, vermin or other pests. Foundations, walls and roofs must exclude rodents, repeated infestation forces rodent-proof walls, and § BR 3-112 splits extermination duties between owner and tenant. Violations are civil infractions.
