Parade Permits

A camp meeting, bush meeting or outdoor music festival drawing one hundred or more people in unincorporated Worcester County, Maryland needs a permit from the County Commissioners, and promoting one without the permit is also unlawful. A violation is a misdemeanor with a fine up to one thousand dollars or up to six months in jail.
