In unincorporated Worcester County, Maryland, a lot's owners can hold two yard sales per calendar year without a permit. Any additional sale needs a permit from the Department, no more than three permits are issued for one parcel in a calendar year, and each permit covers no more than seventy-two consecutive hours, under § ZS 1-341.
