Westfield, IN Curfew Laws: Park Curfew (2026)

Section 44-1(1) of the Westfield City Code sets the default operating hours for the city's park and trail system: unless otherwise posted, all parks and trails are open from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week. The same section pairs that curfew with related access limits: parking is confined to designated lots, no overnight parking is allowed in city parks under subsection (2), and overnight camping is not allowed under subsection (9). Individual facilities carry their own version of the sunrise-to-sunset rule, including the skate park under Section 44-3(5) and the playground system under Section 44-7(1), while Grand Junction Plaza runs a separate, longer schedule under Section 44-9 that extends past midnight on weekends.
