Solid fences in front setback areas are limited to 42 inches. In visibility areas at intersections and driveway approaches, no fence may exceed 36 inches to maintain sight lines for traffic safety. Rear and side yard fences may be up to 6 feet in height. Fences within 5 feet of a structure in wildfire zones must be constructed of non-combustible or approved fire-retardant materials.
