Las Vegas City Code Β§16.16 prohibits all consumer fireworks within city limits, including sparklers. Aerial and ground-based consumer fireworks are banned year-round. Only licensed professional pyrotechnic displays are permitted via permit. Clark County also bans consumer fireworks in unincorporated areas. This is one of the strictest fireworks enforcement areas in Nevada.
