It is unlawful for any person: A. To sell, offer for retail sale or to discharge any fireworks, except Class C common state approved explosives, unless expressly authorized by this chapter; ... D. To ignite, explode, project or otherwise fire or use, or permit the ignition, explosion or projection of any fireworks upon, over or onto the property of another or within twenty feet (20') of any residence, dwelling or other structure; and E. To ignite, explode, project, discharge or otherwise fire or use, or permit the ignition, discharge, explosion or projection of fireworks in any area of the City in violation of any prohibition or limitation imposed pursuant to section 6-2-5 of this chapter.
