060(A) that only sidewalk vendors holding a valid city sidewalk vending permit issued by the Permit Administrator, the Chief of Police or a designee, may vend on the city's public right-of-way, and permits must be renewed annually under subsection (B). 070 and must include the owner's identifying information, a description of the goods sold and areas of operation, a California seller's permit, a mobile food facility permit from the Alameda County Department of Environmental Health where applicable, proof of business license, an indemnification agreement, and $1,000,000 in general liability insurance naming the city as additional insured.
