North Las Vegas, NV Garage & Yard Sales: Frequency, Duration & Permits (2026)

Before holding a garage or yard sale, North Las Vegas Municipal Code Section 5.21.030.A requires the resident to request an application and obtain a permit from the code enforcement manager or a designee; Section 5.21.030.B makes it unlawful to run a sale without one. Section 5.21.030.C limits any single location to no more than two garage/yard sales in a rolling 12-month period, and each sale cannot run longer than three consecutive days.
