6. No more than one home occupation is permitted within any single dwelling unit or on a single residential property.

9. No explosive materials will be allowed in conjunction with a home occupation.
10. A home occupation must not produce offensive noise, vibration, smoke, electrical interference, dust, odors, or heat. Any noise, vibration, smoke, electrical interference, dust, odors or heat detectable beyond the property lines or beyond the walls of the dwelling unit or accessory structure, if the unit is part of a multi-family structure, must constitute a violation of this section. The judgment of the planning director will be considered decisive and final in this matter unless formally appealed to the planning and zoning commission within 15 days of written notification.
