City Code § 24-263 lets Woodbury residents run home businesses inside a dwelling, but subsection (c), 'Traffic and deliveries,' exists specifically because the city worried unrestricted client and vendor traffic would erode the residential character of a neighborhood. , and a hard ceiling of five customer trips per day.
