Because home occupations share this row with home day cares and bed-and-breakfasts rather than getting a bespoke sign allowance, a business operator cannot claim a larger commercial sign category just because the home occupation generates real foot traffic. Any sign proposal beyond this row's limits, or built without a permit, has to go through Division 10-50.100's general permit and design requirements before installation, and Community Development can require a nonconforming sign to be brought into compliance or removed once identified during a Home Occupation Permit review or a code compliance inspection.
