Composting for sale or composting to develop a marketable product is prohibited except as otherwise may be permitted.(2)Compost containers are required to be maintained so as to not become a nuisance to any adjacent property.(3)Compost generated must be used in a manner that will be maintained in compliance with chapter 10, Code of Ordinances and safely returns organic nutrients to the soil in the form of a rich and healthy humus or finished compost.
