Section 24-92 sets the operative numeric standard: it is unlawful for any person or proprietary party to maintain, permit or allow, on any premises within 150 feet of an existing building, the growth of grass or weeds to exceed a height of 12 inches, or to permit any other deleterious or unhealthful vegetation, and violating that limit is declared a nuisance under Article III of Chapter 24.
