Violations & Fines
Unpaid or undisputed penalties convert to a civil penalty assessment notice and, if still unpaid, a final order of liability against the registered owner; collection requires personal service of the notice or order. A final order may be appealed to Littleton Municipal Court for a de novo hearing, including a claim that mailed notice was never delivered.
