Construction noise in Alhambra is governed by the exemption in Section 18.02.060(C) of the Municipal Code. Noise from construction, repair, remodeling, or grading of real property, or authorized seismic surveys, is exempt from the dBA noise standards only if the activity does not take place between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weekdays including Saturday, and does not take place at any time on Sunday or a federal holiday.
