Noise Zone 3 (Industrial/Government): 70 dBA Leq / 90 dBA max daytime, 65 dBA Leq / 85 dBA max nighttime. Noise Zone 4 (Major Entertainment): 80 dBA Leq / 100 dBA max from 6 AM-1 AM, 60 dBA Leq / 80 dBA max from 1 AM-6 AM. Pure tone or impulsive sounds reduce permitted levels by 5 dBA. If background noise exceeds the standard, the background level becomes the standard. Measurements taken at property boundary lines.
