Section 42-65(f) makes it a per se violation to loudly operate a loudspeaker, amplifier or PA system between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays in or adjacent to residential or noise-sensitive areas. Yelling, shouting or singing in residential areas 10:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. is also barred under 42-65(g). Inside the City of Pensacola, radios and devices plainly audible at 50 feet are prima facie violations 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. The ordinance applies only in unincorporated areas.
