3(f) sets the lighting standards for the State Highway 161 overlay district, the corridor running through Segments I, II and III along SH 161/PGBT near Las Colinas, excluding DFW International Airport-owned land. Subsection (f)(3), Glare prohibited, bars lighting that casts glare onto adjacent lots or streets in a way that decreases pedestrian or vehicle safety.
