(a)As used in this article, the term "abandoned vehicle" means a discarded, dismantled, wrecked, scrapped, ruined, junked motor vehicle, or the parts thereof.(b)It shall be unlawful to abandon any vehicle of any type within Macon-Bibb County, nor shall any vehicle be left at any place within Macon-Bibb County for such time and under such circumstances as to cause the vehicle reasonably to appear to have been abandoned. Sec. 15-52. - Leaving wrecked, nonoperating vehicle on streets prohibited. It shall be unlawful to leave any partially dismantled, nonoperating, wrecked or junked vehicle on any street, lane or highway within Macon-Bibb County.
