It's also unlawful to let a scrap, dismantled, junk, wrecked, abandoned, or inoperable vehicle remain on any property, unless it's tied to a licensed business, fully covered behind the front building elevation, or inside an enclosed garage or barn, a carport does not count as enclosed.
