Euless, TX Parking Rules: Commercial Vehicle Restrictions (2026)

Euless, TX restricts commercial vehicle parking in residential districts through Chapter 82 of the Code of Ordinances. Commercial vehicles with a manufacturer rating over one ton (generally a pickup larger than an F-350 class or any dually used in commerce, box trucks, dump trucks, tractor units, semi-trailers, and buses) cannot be parked or stored in residential zones overnight. Panel vans, utility vans, and pickups of one-ton rating or less that display business lettering are allowed in residential driveways when used by the resident for daily work transportation. Trailers used for a trade, such as landscaping or plumbing trailers, must be stored behind the front building line on a paved surface just like recreational trailers. Commercial zones and properly zoned industrial sites along the SH-183, SH-360, and Airport Freeway corridors accommodate larger commercial parking. Food trucks and mobile vendors park under separate licensing rules.
