Full Breakdown

Hesperia Municipal Code § 16.20.090.H governs oversized trucks on city streets. Any commercial vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating of 26,000 pounds or more may not be parked or left standing on any public street or within the public right-of-way, except during the first 24 hours of a mechanical breakdown or while actively making a pickup or delivery. Where parking is otherwise permitted, the vehicle must stay at least 12 feet from the street centerline and cannot stand within 100 feet of an intersection.
