129 makes it unlawful for any owner, operator, or resident to park a "Prohibited Motor Vehicle and Equipment" (defined to include commercial trucks and buses, recreational vehicles over 24 feet, ditch diggers, power shovels, asphalt spreaders, cement mixers, dump trucks, tow trucks, flatbed trucks, semitrailers, and similar heavy equipment) on the exterior of any residential property or on any public street, alley, or right-of-way in a residential zoning district for more than one hour. Exceptions apply only while the vehicle is actively engaged in licensed construction work, customer service, repair work, home improvement work, or loading/unloading, and it must be removed promptly once that activity ends.
