The same section makes it unlawful to leave any vehicle standing in essentially the same spot on a public street for more than 24 continuous hours, and separately bars trucks over 11,500 pounds GVW, truck tractors, buses, trailers, and semitrailers from parking on any street for more than 30 minutes, except overnight (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) next to a commercial or industrial business.
