Section 72.04(A) is short and absolute: no vehicle may be parked on a front, side, or rear lawn if it is visible from an adjacent street or a neighboring property. The Section does not carve out an exception for a resident's own lawn, a guest's car, or a short stay; visibility from the street or from next door is the only test the Code applies. Because the rule turns on visibility rather than on how long the vehicle sits there, a car parked briefly on the grass while unloading groceries is treated the same as one parked overnight, as long as it can be seen from outside the property line.
