08, which applies to any property used primarily for residential purposes. Subsection (a) states that no trailer, house trailer, mobile home or other vehicle designed for living quarters, including collapsible camping trailers and truck campers, and no boats, boat trailers or boat dollies, may be parked on the driveway; instead they must sit on a hard-surfaced pad in the side or rear yard behind the dwelling's front building line, with a seasonal exception allowing driveway parking from April 1 through October 31. Subsection (c) caps the number allowed on any one residential lot at two such vehicles in any combination, and every vehicle kept there must be in operable condition and carry a valid license plate and registration, so a dead boat or unregistered camper cannot simply sit indefinitely.

Subsection (d) bars using any of these vehicles for human habitation or running a business while they are parked or stored on the lot. Subsection (e) prohibits removing the wheels or similar transporting devices except for service, and bars permanently affixing a trailer to the ground, and subsection (f) prohibits connecting any such vehicle to sanitary sewer, electric or water service except while it is actively being serviced or prepared for travel. Subsection (b) notes that a subdivision's own restrictive covenants may impose tighter limits, though the City does not enforce those private covenants under this zoning section.
