302.8.5 Storage of vehicles and equipment. Boats, trailers, campers, vans and recreational vehicles shall be stored in accordance with the following sequence of parking availability: (a) behind the front building line, on an approved surface. (b) in the driveway which is constructed of approved materials as required by Chapter 25 of the Rockville City Code.

City Code § 5-287 adds IPMC § 302.8.5, requiring boats, trailers, campers, vans and recreational vehicles to be stored in a set sequence of locations: first behind the front building line on an approved surface, or otherwise in a driveway built of materials approved under the Zoning Ordinance. A companion rule, § 302.8.6, separately bars using any trailer, RV, car or truck for habitation within city limits for more than twenty-four hours.
