B. Parking of Recreational Vehicles.
1. Any recreational vehicle not in use for residential purposes may be stored or parked in any rural or residential zone only if said recreational vehicle is located to the rear of the principal dwelling on the lot, parcel or tract where said recreational vehicle is to be stored, and is stored in a garage or ramada or behind planting of sufficient height to shield said recreational vehicle from view from the adjoining properties; and 2. One such recreational vehicle may be parked on any rural or residential lot, parcel or tract by right.
3. Additional recreational vehicles may be parked on a rural or residential property subject to a Type 1 conditional use permit.
