RVs, boats on trailers, travel trailers, and utility trailers generally must be parked behind the front building line, meaning they cannot be stored in front yards or driveways for extended periods. Screening from public view using fencing, walls, or landscaping may be required depending on the zoning district. Vehicles must be properly registered and in operable condition. Inoperable RVs or boats that have flat tires, expired registration, or visible deterioration may be classified as junk vehicles subject to code enforcement action.
