Under Β§20-263, it is unlawful to park any recreational vehicle (including trailers, boats) on the same block of any street or right-of-way for any portion of any two consecutive calendar days. This is stricter than ARS Β§28-871 (72-hour threshold). RVs may be stored on private property subject to setback and screening requirements in the Unified Development Code.
Violation of Β§20-263 is a parking infraction. Vehicle may be cited or towed.
