Tustin City Code Section 5330k, enacted by Ord. No. 1250 in 2001, sits within the chapter governing stopping, standing and parking generally on Tustin streets. It bars anyone from parking or leaving standing a detached nonmotorized vehicle, trailer, or camper, regardless of its width or length, once it has been separated from the motor vehicle that tows it, on any public street or dedicated alley. The only allowance is for loading or unloading, and even then the item cannot remain longer than twenty-four hours.
