Vehicles parked longer than 72 hours may be reported and towed through the Vehicle Abatement Hotline (209-831-6554). TMC Β§3.08.510 governs storage and parking of vehicles in the public right-of-way, with restrictions on oversized vehicles. RVs and large vehicles on city property (including public lots) are prohibited. Vehicles must be operable and legally registered.
