3140(b), a travel trailer, motor home or camper may be parked or stored anywhere on a residentially zoned lot without a permit, provided no utility service is connected to it, except a brief 24-hour hookup to recharge batteries or run appliances, and it is not parked inside a corner-lot clear vision zone. 3140(c) exempts a motor home or mounted camper used for everyday transportation if it rides on a pickup larger than 3/4 ton, stands no more than 78 inches tall and is no wider than 72 inches.
