Chapter 147 (Grass, Weeds, Brush) requires grass under 10 inches and removal of rubbish. Chapter 194 adds obligations to secure open excavations and fence dangerous conditions. City may abate and lien the property. Vacant lots in the R1-F and R1-7.5 zones must have the first 15 feet from the property line cut.
