Chapter 270-7 requires clearing a path at least 3 feet wide. The 24-hour clock runs from the end of precipitation (or from 7 a.m. if snow stops overnight). Corner properties must also clear curb ramps. DPW may clear and bill the owner at actual cost plus administrative fee. Commercial properties on Main Street BID must clear within 12 hours.
