" The other listed acts include engaging in a fistic encounter, appearing in an intoxicated condition, holding or interrupting an unlawful assembly, addressing offensive or derisive words to a person lawfully in a public street, and, since a later amendment, disrupting a funeral or funeral route within specified time and distance limits. Because public urination sits inside this general disturbing-the-peace section rather than its own standalone ordinance, it is not defined further, meaning any place open to public view, including a parking lot, sidewalk or the neutral ground of a street, qualifies.
