000, in Title 6 (Vehicles, Traffic and Parking), provides that no person shall use roller-skates, skateboards, scooters or similar devices on the sidewalks in the Downtown District as depicted in Exhibit A to the chapter, or in any parking facility owned by the City. 025, the same district definition the parking chapter uses for permit and metered-parking rules, so officers and residents apply one consistent downtown boundary across the traffic title. 080; the Municipal Court sets the actual amount due on a citation by resolution, which can be less than that ceiling.
