030 draws the downtown business district as the ground bounded by Ventura Avenue to the west, Ash Street to the east, Poli Street to the north and Harbor Boulevard to the south, each including its own sidewalk. 040 bans riding, using or operating a bicycle, electric bicycle, electrically motorized board, low-speed vehicle, pedicab, roller skates, scooter or skateboard on any sidewalk or public parking area, and lets the city post signs giving notice of the ban. 045 extends the same device ban to Main Street Moves, the vehicle-closed stretch of Main Street between Fir Street and the Mission plus the perpendicular leg of California Street.
