Brentwood, CA Short-Term Rentals: Parking Rules (2026)

Brentwood does not currently have a separate short-term rental parking ordinance; instead, guest vehicles are subject to the same standards that apply to all residents under Municipal Code Title 10 and Title 17. Operators are strongly encouraged to require guests to park in the driveway, garage, or other on-site spaces before using the street, and to set a maximum vehicle count in house rules that matches the property's off-street capacity.
