STR tenants must follow all township parking regulations. Vehicles may not be parked on grass, mulch, or other surfaces not designated for vehicles. Unregistered vehicles cannot be parked anywhere on residential property unless within an enclosed structure. Under Section 477-12, overnight parking of trucks, buses, unattached trailers, and commercial vehicles over 4 tons is prohibited between 9 PM and 6 AM on streets listed in Schedule V. Tenants must use designated driveways and approved parking areas. Off-street parking must meet the requirements of the applicable zoning district under Chapter 348.
