The City continues to enforce existing rules for property standards, noise, private nuisances, and hotel occupancy tax. All STR operators must comply with building, fire, and health codes.
Operating an unregistered STR may result in fines and enforcement action. Failure to collect HOT carries separate penalties and interest.
