" Section 14-24 fills in the application mechanics: the applicant must apply not less than 30 days before soliciting begins, and must list every employee or solicitation worker, paid or unpaid, with their name, date of birth, address, driver's license number, sex and race, so the police department can run computer background checks. 00 per individual to cover the background check and picture identification card, and only individuals cleared on that list are issued a permit.
