(i) At least five feet from any obstacle (including cars, trees, utility poles, and/or mailboxes).

(iii) Away from low hanging utilities.
(iv) Automated rollout containers must be turned so the handle faces away from the street.
(v) At curbside by 7:00 a.m. of their collection day.
