Bulk pick-up. Public Works is not responsible for the removal of items due to a change of occupancy (rental, eviction or sale of house). For non-move-out situations, the following bulk items may be picked up by Public Works: Furniture...Mattresses...Rugs (rolled and tied in four-foot sections)...Refrigerators (doors and freon removed)...Lawnmowers (empty of gas and oil).
