Anyone who transports or disposes of qualified hazardous waste in violation of the chapter faces the same misdemeanor exposure under Section 10.10.200.030.
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, scatter or deposit any Solid Waste, Medical Waste, Hazardous Waste or qualified household Hazardous Waste, in, upon, or below the land of another, or upon any public property or right-of-way, except as herein authorized, or to throw, place, scatter or deposit any said waste in, upon or below the surface of any Premises in such a manner that the same is or may become decayed, putrid or a nuisance or may otherwise endanger the public health or safety... The transportation or Disposal of waste in violation of Section 10.10.130, 10.10.150 or 10.10.170 of this chapter is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor punishable as set forth in Section 1.01.370 of this Code.
