Yard waste in the form of brush, and household carpet, gets a specific bundling rule inside Akron's curbside collection statute. Sec. 11(B) states that no person shall place carpet or brush at the curb for collection unless it has first been cut, bundled, and tied, with each bundle no longer than four feet. A property owner who leaves unbundled or oversized brush and carpet at the curb faces the same owner-liability standard used for other curbside violations under Sec. 11(E).
